How Does it Work?

Over 75 Improve & Grow sessions are focused on the more specific issues of each module.

With your facilitator, questions and answers are pulled together during these sessions to create an action plan for your business. By the end of each session you will have the capabilities and knowledge to successfully Improve & Grow your business.

WHO IS MY FACILITATOR?

- Someone specialised in your chosen topic who will be able to offer advice and support.

- For existing clients it may be someone who you are familiar with, such as your client manager or client partner, that you speak to on a regular basis and who knows your business well.

WHERE DO THEY TAKE PLACE?

- At your place of work or
- At our offices.

Our offices is the preferred location as we have a specially designed meeting room with all the facilities for these Improve & Grow sessions. Plus, you are away from the everyday interuptions that arise within the day to day running of your business
